in-stock items are ready for shipping. It will take from 3 to 4 business days to deliver any of our in-stock pieces in USA and Canada. And 13 business days in Europe and Australia. Please allow 3 to 4 extra days for rings that need to be re-size or adjusted. For
custom pieces it will take us from 6 to 7 weeks to have them ready for shipping.
Are your emeralds genuine natural emeralds?
Yes, all our emeralds are genuine natural emeralds. We do NOT work with synthetic, lab created or imitation emeralds.
Where are your emeralds coming from?
Colombia, South America. All our emeralds are mined in the state of Boyaca (Colombia) and they are coming from the mines of Muzo, Coscuez, Chivor and La Pita.
It is your jewelry certified?
Yes, all our pieces are delivered with their certification letter with all the information of the emeralds on it. You will find from the specific information like carat weight, measurements, origin…etc., to the technical information like scales for tonal grade, color saturation, clarity…etc.
How long does it take to deliver my item?
For pieces that are ready for shipping it will take 3 to 4 business days to be delivered at your door. Our packages are delivered by The US Postal Service via Priority Mail. We will provide you the tracking number and all the shipment information as soon as we get it available.
Please allow 4 extra days for rings that need to be re-size or adjusted.

Do you ship outside of USA?
Yes. Our pieces are delivered by the US Postal Service through your local post office. We will let you know the tracking numbers and all the delivery details as soon as we get them available and after you place the order.
How are your pieces delivered?
All our jewelry pieces are delivered in beautiful jewelry boxes, ready to be presented for a special occasion.
Do you offer a layaway plan or any credit on purchases?
Yes we do, please feel free to contact us for all the details.
Do you have a return policy for custom orders?
Yes we do. You can have any of our pieces for 10 days and if you are not happy with it you can send it back and we will refund 100% of your money; no fees or charges.
All returns must be unused, undamaged, in perfect conditions with original receipt and Certification Letter. Please contact us before you send back any piece to give you special instructions for mailing the package.
Can I visit your shop?
We are located in Doral, Florida, United States. We keep our expenses as low as we can as we are an online jewelry shop only. You can be sure that you pay for the value of the jewelry pieces we deliver and not for a fancy retail space nor an expensive showroom. We prefer to pass those savings to our customers.
