All our jewelry pieces are shipped fast and insured at no extra cost. Our shipping box is discreet, and it won't give away what is inside. Your new piece will be delivered in a beautiful jewelry box, ready to be presented. Usually, it takes around 3 - 4 business days for the order to arrive at its shipping destination, that has to be a physical business or home address. Please give us a few extra days for rings that need to be adjusted in their size. For added security, an adult signature is required for all orders.

Tracking your order.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the package's tracking number and all the delivery details that will allow you to track it.

Return Policy.

You can have any of our pieces for 10 days and if you are not happy with it you can send it back and we will refund 100% of your money; no fees or charges. 

All returns must be unused, undamaged, in perfect conditions with original receipt and Certification Letter.
